Your first line of defense is right at the well site for quick access.
 Government regulations state: A person carrying on or being in charge of a timber, mining, drilling or other industrial or commercial operation in or within 1km (.62 miles) of any public land shall keep at the site available for immediate use an adequate supply of water for fight fighting purposes plus appropriate equipment for the number of men at the site.
Fire Suppression Equipment:
 Equipment with foam so the unit can be used to deal with hydrocarbon as well as forest fires.- Blow down tank doubles as water supply - 500 gallons.
- High pressure pump transfers up to 400 liters (105.6 US gal) per minute.
